Alcohol content: 5.7% vol.
Appearance: golden yellow, with very small bubbles, clarity ranges from limpid to hazy
at the bottom of the bottle due to the second fermentation.
Aroma: slight smell of green apple, supple and very balanced.
Taste and length in the mouth: a well-malted body, lingering bitterness
both very light and long in the mouth. A refreshing little acidity.
