Our babas are made according to the traditional recipe and in an artisanal way by Maison Padiou, also a member of the Maison des Produits de Pays. They do not contain palm oil and are 100% pure butter.
Our babas are macerated in genepi (18% vol) and thus soak up the flavors of this plant from the Alps.
Serving idea: Use our genepi babas to accompany a crème brûlée.
INGREDIENTS
Genepi liqueur 29.8 cl at 18% (sugar, water, alcohol, genepi)
Babas (Flour, eggs, butter, water, baker's yeast, sugar, salt)
