Our babas are made according to the traditional recipe and in an artisanal way by Maison Padiou, also a member of the Maison des Produits de Pays. They do not contain palm oil and are 100% pure butter.
Our babas are macerated in limoncello (18% vol) and thus soak up the tangy flavors of lemon.
Suggestion for consumption: As an accompaniment to a cup of lemon ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
Limoncello liqueur 28.8 cl at 18% vol (sugar, water, alcohol, lemon zest)
Babas (flour, eggs, butter, water, baker's yeast, sugar, salt)
