Our blackberry cream (18% vol) is made by macerating blackberries in alcohol to extract all the intensity of this wild berry.
Consumption idea:
- The blackberry cream makes it possible to make a kir with one dose of cream for four doses of white wine, crémant or Champagne.
- Test the “Bramble”: 2 cl of blackberry cream, 4 cl of cicada gin, 2 cl of lemon juice, 1 cl of cane sugar syrup, crushed ice.
