Our blackcurrant cream (18% vol) comes from a slow maceration of blackcurrant and blackcurrant buds. This way to do makes it possible to concentrate the typical blackcurrant notes.
Consumption Ideas:
- Our blackcurrant cream is ideal for making a kir. Pour one dose of blackcurrant cream for four doses of white wine, crémant or Champagne.
- Pour the blackcurrant cream coulis over a lemon sorbet.
