This is a story of a professional U-turn from paramedic in Paris to Pastry Chef in the charming village of Jausiers.

Philippe Benoit came to Ubaye in 2010 and fell in love with the area. Two years later, he moves in and settle next to the the local bakery, where he will later settle with the help of the former owner.
