Gin made by triple distillation. Our steam still dating from 1900 allows us to produce a traditional, powerful and complex Organic Gin where the bitterness of the juniper is balanced by notes of spices, citrus fruits, flowers and coriander.

Some ingredients come directly from the Ubaye Valley: We pick juniper and wild elderflowers from the surrounding mountains and we grow perfume roses organically at 1400 meters above sea level.

Organic Gin - 40% vol - 70 cl

No extracts, concentrates, preservatives or colorings are added.

To be enjoyed plain as a digestif or lengthened with a tonic as an aperitif.
