A very small orange and lacquered ball that grows in nature in the wild in Ubaye... the frail sea buckthorn berry has no equal in strengthening the immune defences!
It is David Viveau, located in Villard, who is in charge of cultivating them and extracting juices loaded with benefits, jams, teas and fruit jellies full of vitality.
Sea buckthorn seems to be the fruit known to be the most loaded with vitamin C, 30 times more than the orange. David cultivates and collects in wild picking, from August to October, at more than 1500 m of altitude, all in organic farming.
